The integration of mindfulness into the corporate culture is a very effective tool for positioning yourself in a future-oriented digital world. The establishment of this topic has taken place in organizations such as SAP or Google have a significant impact on employee engagement and satisfaction and on trust in management: only balanced people enjoy to go to work and remain physically & mentally healthy.


What are the topics of the Mindfulness Training?

Challenging situations and continuing change—in an increasingly complex environment—are part of your daily tasks as a manager. The ability to move independently and confidently in this setting is a core element of resilience. It is all about your inner attitude and strength, your ability to emerge stronger from crises, and an increased level of satisfaction and quality in your (working) life as a whole.

You define your position by means of these resiliency factors: acceptance, optimism, self-efficacy & self-care, relationship, solution, and future orientation and improvisation skills.

You will reflect on factors influencing patterns of thought and behaviour. You will also identify your personal stressors and develop effective strength building strategies.

On this basis, we will look at the state of resilience in your area of responsibility together. What can help you and your team master challenges, while protecting your individual resiliency limits? As a part of the process, we will talk about healthy leadership, while building your strengths as a role model, manager and coach.
