Workshop Agile Toolbox – Empowerment by Agile Games & Co.

“We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.” (George Bernard Shaw)

How may playful elements support agile work? What are the core elements of agile work? Which agile moderation methods exist? What is Agile Facilitation? How can the future of work be shaped in an agile way?

Agile, the future of work! Those who want an agile working environment have the task of placing people above structures and processes, strengthening personal accountability, trusting and strengthening collaboration and knowledge sharing. Agile frameworks and methods are helpful for work-teams and groups because their basis are, above all attitude, values and principles of collaboration.

In this training, you will learn effective agile tools, as well as, facilitation formats and you will be able to use them. You will know how to make agile values and principles tangible, while integrating them into everyday working life. We will work considerably with game elements, while applying them to make mechanisms for action more tangible with ease.

You will learn tools and methods that support agile work and bring about the change towards more agility in thinking and acting at different levels—organization, team, and individual.
