Workshop #Systemic Organizational Constellations

Every day, we are confronted with a multitude of questions and challenges whose solutions are not always obvious. Concerns—for which not only one person but the collectivity is accountable—may be solved through the use of systemic organizational constellations. Central dynamics in companies and teams are illustrated and analysed. Constellations make it possible to make hidden structures visible. Consequently, complex systems and interactions may be visualized. Dysfunctions in the team may become visible and clarified. Upcoming decisions, planned change processes and strategic options may be simulated, while assessing possible effects in advance. But how does a systemic constellation work? Which concerns may and may not be solved with the help of constellations? And, how may possible stumbling blocks be resolved during setup?

In this training, you will acquire the necessary knowledge to apply and manage systemic organizational constellations in a meaningful and professional way. Additionally, you will gain valuable practical experience while practising various set-ups in a controlled environment.


What are the topics of the workshop #Systemic Constellations?

Systemic organizational constellations offer a comparably low-resourceopportunity to approach and solve complex issues. What’s special about this, is the phenomenon of representative perception, in which so-called substitutes, or representatives, are appointed. In the constellation, the representatives feel the effects of their position in the organizational structure without any background knowledge regarding the person they are representing. Often, unconscious conflicts or team dysfunctions become visible.

You will learn the effective method of systemic organizational constellations and how to put it into practice. You will know possible fields of application and limits of constellation work, and you will be aware of the role, while internalizing the required inner attitude for it. The training concludes with a short skills test, which gives you the opportunity to apply what you have learned up to then in a controlled environment, while receiving valuable practical advice from an experienced constellations expert.

Part 1. Fundamentals of Systemic Organizational Constellations. Systemic approach and organizational principles, attitude and role of the constellation leader, prerequisites, fields of application and limits of constellation work, structure and sequence of constellations.

Part 2. Psychological Foundations. Communication psychology models, models of organizational psychology.

Part 3. Toolbox for constellations work. Techniques, formats, dealing with conflicts and resistance.

Part 4. Constellations work in practice I: further innovative constellations formats, dealing with possible stumbling blocks and special situations, working out and practising constellations.

Part 5. Constellations work in practice II: working out and practising constellations, short practical skills test.
